We provide the glasses, chilled bottles, and food pairings. You can book your event at our store or we can bring the tasting to your preferred location. You just provide the table.

Natural wine is wine with the training wheels off. It starts with sustainable farming that treats soil like a living organism. We prefer ancient methods over heavy industrial farming. While modern factories use chemicals to make every bottle taste the same, natural winemakers use Old World techniques like terracotta pots and hand harvesting to keep the soul in the juice.

Our tastings are laid back. We teach you how to trust your own palate without the snobbery. We look at why cloudy wine is good, how to swirl, and how to describe what you actually taste. We pair everything with small bites that make the wine shine in its right light.
