Winzerhof Linder
Winzerhof Linder - Blanc de Noirs 49
Winzerhof Linder - Blanc de Noirs 49
Super elegant sparkling Blanc de Noirs from Kaiserstuhl.
Balancing notes of apples, pears and apricots with a savoury lick of sea salt minerality.
White pressed Pinot Noir, had 30 months on the lees to develop it's character. The base wine is spontaneously fermented and harvested very early, so the alcohol here is at wonderful 11.5% by volume.
In a blind tasting, this can easily be mistaken as a champagne.

On Ronald's sun-exposed vineyards close to Freiburg you won’t find big machines, no signs of industrial work, only him, his family and sheep having the time of their lives.
He puts his heart, mind and spirit into everything he does. Family, farming the same heartfelt connection.
Over the last 4 years, Ronald evolved his sustainable approach to minimize the use of copper & sulfur to ZERO. That’s quite difficult and unimaginable for the most of organic wine growers worldwide. He has experimented with alternative methods like creating Probiotics, embracing permaculture principles, which results in a highly diverse vineyard. For example he’s using hay water and whey to create microorganisms to diversify the microbial activity, which decreases the risk of getting diseases.
His wines shine bright, full of colors and with bursts of mouth-watering energy. Especially his whites and orange wines make it impossible to let go of the glass, once you had a sip.
BY PROMOTING NATURAL WINES, WE HOPE TO EDUCATE AND INSPIRE A GREATER APPRECIATION FOR THE ART OF WINEMAKING, THE BEAUTY OF NATURE, AND THE IMPORTANCE OF SUSTAINABILITY.
