An orange Riesling with more body than you’d expect. The texture is rich and full, but the Riesling energy is still there: bright, zesty and lively. Give it a little time and it opens up. Decant it before serving, or just pour a glass and let it breathe. Once open it’s in no hurry, and it keeps shining for up to three days. That makes it a good bottle for slow evenings, and a good choice if you like a wine that changes a bit with every glass.
