Pascal couldn’t resist a little rebellion with this one. Usually the Roter Rebell is a still wine with more focus on terroir and depth. However he wanted to create an easier, more accessible one with the same blend of freshness white grapes and wild forest fruits from the red grapes.
A potpourri of Merlot, Pinot, Souvignier Gris, Riesling and Blauer Elbling.
We find ourselves enjoying this one with many occasions. It fits every vibe very well, and this is where in our opinion the true magic of natural wine lays, it finds its way to every dish, conversation and setting.
Pretty pink thirst-quenching cherry fruit alongside light bubbles, so It can go well on a Party but also at a comfy dinner night.
