A luscious modern cuveé made with the intention to shine a light on modern grape varieties, that can be more resistent against diseases on the vineyard,

Almost briny, sharp natural wine that bursts with salty lemon citrus, fragrant and textured peachy flesh. 

The hybrids Josephine and Saphira were pressed directly, whereas the Gewürztraminer fermented on the skins for two weeks. 

This is our favorite wine at the moment!
