Tout pour tous 2023 by Pascal Treichler is an intriguing and unconventional wine that defies the expectations of its varietal blend. Made with 60% Souvignier Gris (macerated for 5 days), 30% direct-pressed Pinot Noir, and 10% Johanniter (macerated for 4 weeks), it offers a unique character. A subtle oxidative note, lees-y finish playfully contrast with the fruit, which is both fresh and zesty, yet creamy and opulent. It's always a pleasure to discover a wine like this at such a reasonable price—easy, direct and just a little bit wild.
